At the heart of our foundation beats a vibrant and bold dream: to transform the reality of our Hispanic and Latino community in Texas and beyond. Our commitment is twofold: to open doors through legal education and sports, guiding pathways toward equity, justice, and opportunity.
Isabela Amie García, born and raised in Mexico, achieved her dream of playing professionally on the tennis circuit across Latin America and the U.S. She later discovered her passion for law, graduating with honors in Philosophy and Business from the University of Texas at Austin and further excelling at Oxford University in International Tax and Constitutional Law.
She earned her Juris Doctor at SMU, focusing on Sports, Corporate, and International Law. Since then, Isabela has dedicated her career to family law, founding the Garcia-Windsor, P.C. Family Law Firm in 2012, now a leading bilingual family law firm in Dallas, Texas. Her success stems from her faith, athlete mindset, community connections, and the support of her "dream team" of mentors and colleagues.

Our foundation empowers Hispanic communities by providing free legal assistance in family law matters. In collaboration with the Dallas General Consulate, we offer talks and legal advice on topics like child custody and divorce, ensuring families have the resources to protect their rights and well-being.
We guide the path to justice and legal understanding, reaffirming our commitment to community strengthening and defending every voice in our society.
Our foundation empowers women by providing education about their rights and self-worth, focusing on those affected by domestic violence and discrimination. We offer legal consultations, workshops, and talks to foster confidence, strength, and a safe environment. Our goal is to inspire change and promote equality and respect in society.

We believe in the transformative power of sport and bring this passion to Cabo San Lucas by donating equipment and offering free tennis coaching to children and youth.
Our goal is to build community tennis courts, creating a safe and accessible space for young people to grow, learn, and compete. Through tennis, we foster perseverance, respect, and teamwork, inspiring the next generation to dream big and pursue their goals.
Together, we are marking the beginning of a sporting legacy in Cabo San Lucas, giving children the opportunity to reach their maximum potential on and off the courts.
